Im waking up to early like always...
My greatest wish today is to not want to smoke so many cigarettes...
Do you self-medicate? When im smoking, drinking coffee, stressing, eating etc. I dont feel so much.. I get numb. The trick for getting in toutch with your emotions is to question EVERY impulse of "bad" behavior.. (whoknowswhatitis) (but i know them if i really go to myself) Why do i want to just go by the bow of candy and grab some..? What am i really feeling? And how should i cope with it?
